Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At V Sterling Jewels, each piece is crafted with care. We aim to ensure you love what you receive.

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with appropriate tags
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return

Exchanges

- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or product concerns
- Subject to availability of the desired product

Refunds

- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Important Notes

- Slight variations in finish or size are not considered defects
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable and apply during returns and exchanges
